Cleaning and machining
Every engine that we receive in our organisation
goes through the most intensive remanufacturing process
to ensure that the finest product is produced.
Every engine is completely stripped and
chemically cleaned. All old pistons, rings, bearings,
valves etc. are scrapped. Every block is bored and
honed. Every crankshaft is reground on all journals.
Every camshaft is re-profiled and every cylinder head
completely machined.
Re-machined parts are again inspected and are
passed on to the assembly area where all new parts are
ready to match with the newly machined components.
